Global real estate firm, Colliers, relocated it’s Birmingham office to the city’s landmark building at 103 Colmore Row. At 26 stories, the building is the city’s tallest tower and was completed in 2021.
Colliers occupy 9,200 sq ft on the 19th floor (on a ten-year lease), with ADT Workplace having been responsible for the fit-out. When the need for a moving wall system arose, Creatif Wall was approached to assist.
The office’s meeting room can be split into two smaller rooms when required thanks to Creatif Wall’s acoustic moving wall system, Solo.
The movable wall consists of four panels which can be stacked away in around 90 seconds. When the panels are in use sound transfer between the two meeting rooms is minimised by their sound absorbent core.
These moving panels are also wrapped in fabric from Camira’s Synergy range, complimenting the mixture of soft materials on show.
